Responsibilities

Create and own internal purchase order requests

Support the submission and tracking of various Business Licenses throughout the region

Verification of systematic Goods Receipt (Goods and Services)

Partner with MBS payables team and site teams

Closely work with local team for emergency buying

Communicate with vendors/state municipalities and arrange bids

Keep track of revenues, work with associated parties and deposit checks

Support with blanket orders for prescription glasses, locks, Pontoon etc.

Ensure compliance with all PepsiCo audit guidelines

Manage IT assets and communicate opportunities with leadership

Support in booking travel for frontline employees

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required

A Minimum of (2) Years experience in Accounts Payable/Purchasing or equivalent

High School Diploma or greater required

Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities

Computer proficient (mainly creating/editing Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, power point)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and math skills

Good attendance/punctuality

Strong organizational, and Leadership skills

Self-directed, make decisions with minimal supervision
