Responsibilities
Enable the brands to report on and compare individual performance data.
Improve revenue forecasting to support Key Account Managers (KAM) in working as a cohesive team.
Develop and communicate compensation goals according to the compensation plan.
Establish budget procedures for sales and the sales department´s cost and assist in the preparation of the budget.
Monitor budget performance.
Onboard new sales staff.
Communicate information about new partnerships.
Participate in developing marketing and sales strategy.
Ensure that agreed-upon activities are implemented within the sales teams.
Some travel as required to meet and train staff.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 2+ years of work experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools; most importantly Excel, Teams, & Outlook
Excellent written and verbal English
Preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system is an advantage but not required
Knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting tools is an advantage but not required
