Responsibilities
Work with the Sales team, Physicians and Client base to assist the sales process in a professional and accurate manner
Create/update client and physician exhibits with information from the enterprise system and as the situation dictates
Validate required information and process for completion of the sales cycle within the enterprise system
Support the physician candidate procurement process in various ways and ensure required information is included
Assist with various reporting needs on a daily/weekly basis

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail
Proven time-management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, management, staff, and contacts inside and outside the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum of three years of experience in a professional office environment providing customer service in a professional services industry
Preferred
Staffing and recruiting industry experience
Healthcare industry knowledge
Knowledge, experience with a Customer Relationship Management/Applicant Tracking System (CRM/ATS)
