Responsibilities
Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize their potential.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing Agency partners, understanding their needs, and providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.
Responsible for working with the sales team to drive key performance indicators through effective coaching, visual management, and performance management.
Responsible for managing internal leads and ensuring the sales team is working at optimal capacity through day-to-day management of call and lead volume.
Work with the Director to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Agency, including short-term and long-term goals, revenue targets, and action plans.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize their potential.
Ability to leverage key business partnerships with critical thinking skills that connect frontline delivery with the overarching business vision.
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the sales approach.
Accurately forecast and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and agency partner performance.
Day-to-day management of Licensed Sales Team to drive sales results. Actively engaging with the team and supporting them in real-time as they are addressing customer needs.
Works closely with the Director, of Agency to develop, establish, and execute effective cross-organizational strategies and maximization of opportunities.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products or services, ensuring you and your team can effectively communicate their value to agency partners.
Creatively implements a test-and-learn approach to sales execution to quickly adapt in a fluid consumer centric marketplace.

Required
At least 6 years of insurance experience
Requires Property and Casualty license
Experience leading an Insurance Agency Sales team
Strong collaboration skills; interacts effectively with all audiences both internal and external
Ability to successfully manage multiple high-impact priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Remote role may include travel up to 15%
