Responsibilities
Support the sales team with operations tasks and key planning to support the overall objective of the business
Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
Ensure sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency

Required
Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Proficient in Mailchimp, Adobesign, Docusign is a plus
