Responsibilities
Execute daily data validation processes to ensure real-time accuracy in customer and deal activity data.
Serve as the primary contact for data clarification and ensure reliable access across territories for Sales Directors.
Produce standardized and customized sales performance reports, including pipeline status, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain a strict reporting schedule for weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Address ad hoc reporting needs by leveraging pre-set criteria for immediate access to actionable data.
Manage and ensure accuracy of sales dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct periodic dashboard reviews and make necessary adjustments for alignment with Sales Directors' objectives.
Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to resolve system issues affecting dashboards.
Maintain comprehensive records of reports, data entries, and corrections for future reference.
Log reporting requests and completed tasks to ensure transparency and track consistency.
Analyze historical data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to Sales Directors.
Prepare monthly summaries of key sales metrics and insights.
Consolidate past sales data for business reviews to support strategic decision-making.
