Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, compliance, accuracy and optimal performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize Salesforce enhancements, customizations, automations, and integrations that support business objectives

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows both in Salesforce and Excel to provide actionable insights for Account, Business Development, and Operations teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, providing business support and guidance to end-users

Keep up to date with Salesforce best practices and trends, and proactively recommend improvements to drive organizational efficiency and growth
