Responsibilities

Develop and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
Manage the deployment, integration, and optimization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Boostup, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Accounts Management, Finance, etc., to ensure seamless integration of sales operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes using data-driven solutions.
Design and implement comprehensive sales reporting and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics to track progress against goals.
Collaborate with sales leaders to interpret data, identify key performance drivers, and develop strategic recommendations.

Required

5+ years of experience in sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with Salesforce administration and reports.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma, and data analytics with SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred

Experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
