Responsibilities

Provide analysis by Channel to assist in translating unconstrained demand to invoice sales and provide the ‘what, why, and how’ forecasts impact internal financial commitments.

Develop comprehensive and concise channel-level reporting and summaries of analysis to communicate to sales leaders and business executives and support the alignment of unconstrained demand between commercial teams and demand planning.

Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance the accuracy of channel-level category and SKU forecasts.

Support Customer collaborative planning processes between sales and demand planning teams.

Support sales planning process and alignment of unconstrained demand by leveraging channel expertise in regard to point-of-purchase reporting, historical shipment trends, and customer promotional plans and expectations.

Assist in preparation for monthly S&OP Processes and Financial Commitments for short and long-term planning.

Review demand group assumptions within unconstrained demand build and provide channel-specific sales insights to drive alignment across planning assumptions.

Required

BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience.

At least 2 - 5 years of forecasting/planning experience.

Experience in planning and forecast optimization.

Knowledge of supply chain.

Preferred

Knowledge of SAP, Alteryx, and Power BI preferred.
