Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for schools using FINACS, addressing inquiries, resolving non-code-level issues, and supporting their day-to-day needs.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product workflows, enabling effective troubleshooting and support for schools.

Document product usage guides, FAQs, and training resources to help clients maximize the software’s value.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities and work with the development team to communicate client needs.

Assist in functional testing and issue identification to ensure product functionality aligns with client requirements.

Support lead generation efforts by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships.

Assist with outreach initiatives, including email and phone follow-ups, to move leads through the sales funnel.

Support product demonstrations and other sales-related activities to prospective clients.

Track sales metrics and contribute to reporting for assessing campaign effectiveness and refining strategies.
