Responsibilities

Support the full recruitment cycle for high-volume roles, particularly sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to identify top talent.
Leverage your understanding of the CPG industry to attract candidates who align with our organizational goals.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies to meet workforce goals.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics to assess pipeline health and drive continuous improvement.

Required

3-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar.
Proven track record of success recruiting for sales roles or comparable positions.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred

Background in recruitment for field sales, merchandising, or territory management roles.
Familiarity with employment branding strategies and employee value propositions.
Knowledge of compliance and best recruitment practices.
