Responsibilities
Re-engage and nurture leads who submitted a contact form on our website 14 days prior but have not responded to initial calls or emails.
Use Zoho SalesIQ to contact potential leads that our visiting our website.
Require follow-up through a combination of email outreach and phone calls to establish communication and provide information about Celestis services.
Conduct empathetic and professional follow-up calls and email outreach to potential clients.
Provide a compassionate explanation of Celestis’ unique memorial spaceflight services tailored to the lead type.
Address questions and concerns with clarity, sensitivity, and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes using Zoho CRM software.
Adhere to established scripts and sales guidelines while personalizing each interaction to meet the needs of potential clients.
Report progress, challenges, and successes to the Celestis leadership regularly.
Qualification

Required
10+ years of proven success in sales, with an emphasis on relationship-based selling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client engagement.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus; training will be provided.
Preferred
Industry experience in deathcare or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience with Zoho platforms not mandatory, but highly preferred.
