Responsibilities
Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom sales calls with prospective clients to sell tutoring packages/subscriptions.
Collect payment from clients and set up subscriptions via stripe.
Recommend tutoring schedule for new clients and input schedule into Prep For Success' calendar software.
Communicate with client and tutors to match and assign the best fit.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve client needs, concerns, and issues.
Manage clients accounts to mitigate drop off and to maximize upsell opportunities.

Required
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in meeting new customers and making a sale
Mental endurance. A Sales Account Manager will be meeting with many prospective clients, hear some rejection, and will have to continue to push through
