Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Deltek Vantagepoint and add-on sales to our existing client base.
Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to understand potential clients’ business challenges and goals related to ERP and add-on modules solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Customized Proposals: Collaborate with business development, consulting and technical teams to create tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of clients and prospects.
Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing weekly updates to the management team.
CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM to track and manage opportunities, and client interactions effectively.

Required
Proven experience in ERP sales, with a focus on selling to the AEC and professional services industries.
Knowledge of industry best practices in financial and project management for AEC and professional services industries.
A history of working with C-level/Principals
Experience with Solution Selling or MEDIC
Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and foster client relationships.
Results-oriented with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
Prior experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision or other Project-based ERP solutions
