Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor performance metrics for both inside and outside sales reps, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure the team is aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute prospecting, lead generation, and sales strategies.
Provide regular reporting on team performance, including sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
Drive a positive, results-oriented culture within the sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and motivation.
Resolve escalated customer issues and support the team in overcoming objections and closing sales.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as needed, ensuring they are trained and integrated effectively into the team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to the team.

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing Inside and Outside Sales teams.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of enterprise software, merchant services, and payment processing solutions, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the small to medium-sized business market.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide actionable feedback to drive performance improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze sales data and use metrics to guide decisions and optimize team performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse sales team remotely and in-person, with a focus on achieving both individual and team goals.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and performance.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to overcome challenges faced by the team.
