Responsibilities

Auditing and booking agreements that will be billed and collected on by Bank of the West once they have commenced

Reviewing of financing documents, pricing, and general data that rolls into the booking files

Troubleshooting will be done as needed when questions arise during the audit process

Required

Bachelor’s Degree (or its global equivalent) from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

0-2 years general accounting, reconciliation, finance, or related experience.

Must be able to review printed materials.

Must be able to create, improve, and execute on standard processes and procedures.

Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine accounting issues using independent judgment.

Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies and errors (e.g. in the printed word, accounting reports or statements, etc.).

Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

Preferred

Computer literacy: Microsoft office products, Oracle, Salesforce.com, SAP, Model N.

General accounting knowledge.

Financial statement knowledge.

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
