Responsibilities

Provide frontline support to the sales team by responding promptly to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, order status updates, and general assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, and product samples, to support sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system to track sales activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports and analysis on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Coordinate with sales representatives and distributors to ensure alignment on sales strategies, promotions, and customer requirements.
Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase our products and expand our customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats to our business.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Required

Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and industry terminology
Locations within the Central or Mountain time zones
