Responsibilities
Collaborate with and act as liaison for Sales Managers for all customer sales and support needs.
Responsible for all customer calls/requests for quotations, order processing and troubleshooting.
Promptly receive and resolve all incoming customer requests or concerns.
Act as a liaison between Sales Managers, internal departments and customers on a variety of topics such as order status, product information, etc.
Update Salesforce opportunities related to order changes, close dates, and probability levels.
Process Demo and Seed Program orders, along with collecting customer feedback on cart trials.
Complete Requests for Quote proposals in coordination with sales management.
Works with a variety of internal team members to fulfill customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to manage and update leads from trade shows, promotions, etc.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support and/or inside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems; Capsa currently uses Syteline and Salesforce.com
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data collection
Preferred
