Responsibilities

Tool Administration: Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of non-Salesforce sales tools, ensuring they are optimized for user effectiveness.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to team members on all sales tools, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration between various tools and systems in the go-to-market stack.
Data Management: Oversee data accuracy and integrity across tools, implementing best practices for data governance.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate insights and reports from various tools to help inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials for all tools and processes related to the go-to-market team.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, systems administration, or technical support role
Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with CRM systems

Preferred

Experience in a technology or cybersecurity company
Salesforce experience
