Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales reps to help them improve sales performance and develop key skills
Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs
Manage the onboarding program for new sales hires
Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and design targeted development plans

Required
2+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement roles, with experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
Ideally 2+ years of closing $10k+ ACV deals, with a documented record meeting and exceeding quota
Proven experience developing and delivering sales training programs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
