Responsibilities
Help build and maintain custom automated processes, user access, custom objects, approval processes, and agile story management in Salesforce Health Cloud.
Utilize SQL Database experience to create and maintain custom SQL queries within the company's electronic health record environment.
Be involved in planning and deployment of system upgrades, ensuring consistent data integrity by querying large data sets in SQL and Salesforce.
Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, optimizing queries, and identifying opportunities for database optimization.

Required
Minimum three years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator
Salesforce admin certified (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Strong understanding of the platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, automated workflows, custom views and reports
Experience with SQL server
Maintain inbound and outbound data connections between SQL and Salesforce
Query large data sets in SQL and Salesforce to ensure consistent data integrity
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to write and maintain Salesforce flows
Ability to optimize queries and identify opportunities for database optimization
3+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud or Health Cloud administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver and team player with ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of integrated health records systems
Preferred
Preferred two years’ experience as a SQL Database administrator
2+ years of SQL Database experience preferred
