Responsibilities
Manage and configure Salesforce Lightning apps
Designing and maintaining Lightning pages and apps to streamline user experiences
Support Salesforce initiatives for seamless data flow and system functionality between Salesforce and external systems
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, and automating workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and user management

Required
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning App Manager and experience with Salesforce leads integration testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for configuration, data management, and automation.
Experience working in a collaborative environment with both onshore and offshore teams.
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce development and customizations (Apex, Visualforce).
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
