Responsibilities
Administer, support and maintain the processes and data schema within the Certinia applications.
Leveraging Certinia where it processes data such as Accounts, Currencies, Expenses, Invoices and Revenue modules with external downstream systems.
Ensure data integrity within Certinia and support the Data Architecture team with the synchronisation between systems
Support and maintain the Salesforce and Certinia data schema and processes
Configure the Salesforce and Certinia applications to meet business needs
Develop and maintain integration mappings & workflows in conjunction with the Data Architecture team
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues where it impacts integration promptly
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions and processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance integration performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Certinia developments and best practices.
Participate in training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Lead and coach small team of Certinia administrators focused on Finance & Accounting to design and build innovative solutions that meet customer goals and challenges.

Required
Qualification or degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia applications
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Previous involvement in projects requiring complex data integration and synchronisation.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce/Certinia.
Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation.
Knowledge of Certinia application and its data schema.
Expertise in integration
Familiarity with other ERP systems, modules and functionalities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyze and optimize processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and tools.
Proactive in staying current with industry trends and best practices.
