Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrades, and governance of the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with product owners and development teams to schedule and execute production releases.

Develop Salesforce reports, analytics, and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.

Assist in data analysis, scrubbing, and repair as needed to maintain data quality.

Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, SOPs, and test cases.

Proactively manage system maintenance activities including security reviews and release updates.

Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders, translating technical information into understandable terms.
