Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM product backlog and perform light Dev. work including Apex development.

Build and maintain Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce.

Utilize Declarative Salesforce functionality to enhance the Salesforce CRM and manage Salesforce sandboxes for testing and updates.

Investigate data quality issues in Salesforce and connected applications, and provide strategic insights and data consistencies across the organization.

Strategically build account hierarchies, train employees on Salesforce usage, and establish CRM best practices.

Maintain responsibility for a Salesforce-driven organization.
