Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs

Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and automation

Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce with business objectives

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and make recommendations for adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
