Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud Unlimited edition

Support the integration of Salesforce with account management systems.

Perform user management tasks, including onboarding, permissions, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with third party Salesforce consultants and the VP to ensure a smooth deployment process on changes to the production environment

Provide training and support to end-users, helping them leverage Salesforce effectively.

Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives beyond Salesforce administration.

Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.

Maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and ensuring optimal performance.

Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports to enhance system functionality.

Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to various teams.

Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications and tools.
