Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, and profiles.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.
Assist with Salesforce migrations and upgrades.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce to enable seamless data flow and automation.
Configure and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Integrate Outreach with Salesforce to streamline sales outreach and lead management.
Configure and manage Outreach sequences, templates, and reporting.
Analyze Outreach performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Integrate ZoomInfo and Ringlead with Salesforce to enrich lead data and identify potential opportunities.
Configure and manage data enrichment processes and lead scoring rules.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and related systems.
Develop and implement data quality processes and standards.
Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on Salesforce and related tools.
Create and maintain user documentation and guides.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Ringlead.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field preferred but not required.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
