Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup and permissions
Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance user experience
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
Provide support for end users by troubleshooting issues and answering questions
Develop and deliver training materials to enhance team knowledge and utilization of Salesforce
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions
Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices to optimize the platform

Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and features
Experience with data management and reporting in Salesforce
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred
