Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, ensuring best practices in design, security, and maintenance.
Implement and maintain Salesforce community portals and mobile applications, ensuring optimal user experience.
Design and maintain Python-based data integration solutions within Apache Airflow pipelines.
Optimize Postgres database performance, ensuring effective data loading and scalability for the data warehouse.
Develop and implement security measures across Salesforce, MarketingCloud, Linux, Python applications, and web/Internet platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and functionality of business applications.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and proactively recommend improvements for ongoing operational support.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud design, development, and security practices.
Expertise in Salesforce community portal and website development, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
Proficiency in Python and Apache Airflow for designing and implementing data integration, ETL, and automated pipelines.
Strong knowledge of Postgres database management, with a focus on data warehouse performance, scalability, and optimization.
Experience in open-source data visualization tools such as Apache Superset.
Familiarity with Docker containers and Linux-based virtualized environments.
Solid understanding of platform security best practices across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Python, Linux, and web-based applications.
