Responsibilities
Lead projects and establish requirements to meet the information and process needs of the organization.
Acts as liaison to the business areas and systems
Leads project teams for special projects within the business area and oversees business process improvements.
Resolves or recommends solutions for Salesforce-related requests and issues received from the business.
Consults with the business area management team to identify opportunities for business process improvements and initiates process improvements, where feasible, throughout supported areas within the firm
Engages in agile methodology to initiate discovery phase, gather business requirements, generate project proposals for managerial review and approval, implements approved proposals, documents and supports implemented processes .
Manages requirements gathering, project plan preparation, coding, user acceptance testing, documentation, and implementation.
May train and mentor entry-level associates; provide Salesforce training and high-level overviews to business partners.

Required
Under limited supervision, this role utilizes specialized knowledge and skills acquired through training and experience to provide Salesforce administration and support for various business area workflows, management, and associate dashboards and reporting, as well as for all other Salesforce-related needs and applications.

Understanding all facets of user & license management, including new user onboard/offboard, as well as the role, profile, permission & group management.
Documenting processes & procedures Managing Integrations.
Monitoring/troubleshooting error reporting.
Development of reports & dashboards.
Resolving user support tickets Identify and gather requirements enhancements/feature requests from users and stakeholders.
Evaluating the impact of Salesforce releases and carrying out necessary preparations.

Profiles, Permission Sets & Sharing Rules Coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress, and completing projects on time, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness on assignments while applying feedback to improve performance.
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant Salesforce work experience ~OR~ Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
