Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Design end-to-end automation solutions, including email marketing, journey builder, automation studio, and other relevant modules.

Architect data models and integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Health Cloud and systems like CRM, ERP, and third-party data sources.

Customize and configure Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities to meet client needs.

Lead technical workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, define architecture, and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Provide guidance and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce Health Cloud features and functionalities.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketers, developers, administrators) to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive business results.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Health Cloud configurations for improved campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with Salesforce Health Cloud updates and trends, recommending and implementing new features and capabilities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.

Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities, including email studio, journey builder, automation studio, and data extensions.

Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for customization and data manipulation within Health Cloud.

Strong experience with API integrations, data synchronization, and ETL processes.

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are preferred).

Previous experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Salesforce certifications specific to Health Cloud and Technical Architecture are highly desirable.
