Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of Salesforce with various systems using Mulesoft, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Development: Lead Apex coding builds, troubleshooting, standards, Salesforce Flows, and integration strategies.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Establish testing protocols and ensure the quality and reliability of all deliverables.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration workflows, and project specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Required
5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a focus on integrations and project management.
Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Mulesoft; experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
Salesforce Certified Architect or relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator).
Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
