Responsibilities

Leads the technical strategy of Salesforce technologies, products and services, and leads the design and implementations of enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet organization requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

Develops and maintains technical architecture documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications and design documents.

Provides guidance and mentorship to Salesforce team members to ensure that solutions and integration are scalable across the enterprise.

Collaborates with technical teams, testing teams and stakeholders to design, develop, document and test solutions to drive successful project delivery and enterprise strategy.

Leads the technical strategy of Salesforce technologies, products and services

Good written and oral communication skills

10+ years of experience in Salesforce development

One or more of the following or equivalent technical certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
