Responsibilities
Manage SFDC CRM, providing prompt resolution to technical and business support issues.
Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend AppExchange apps and third-party tools to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and identify business needs.
Perform hands-on configuration of Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, custom objects, formula fields, Flows, Process Builder, and more.
Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and train SFDC admins on Salesforce functionalities.
Collaborate with system administrators for proper platform configuration, security, and performance optimization.
Ensure 24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, providing recommendations for implementation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years implementing and configuring SFDC for 200+ users.
4+ years of training SFDC admins and managing projects.
4+ years managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ.
4+ years managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
Experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with expertise in technical leadership and Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities (Flows, CPQ, Account Engagement, Maps, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Process Builder and Flows.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
