Responsibilities
Maintain & Lead overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project
Act as main point of contact for both client and PM through escalations, technical design, and development as well as deployment and support
Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications
All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated

Required
Minimum 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a cloud consultant
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Sales or Service Cloud Certification
Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce.com configuration, workflow and approval process, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues and public groups, role hierarchy and user profiles, Data Migration process from legacy systems and Reports and dashboards
Minimum 5+ years’ experience working with the overlap of business and technical processes to drive design solutions and form/drive related plans.
