Responsibilities

Configure Permissions and Sharing settings in Salesforce.

Collaborate with teams using JIRA and Confluence for project management.

Implement Salesforce Data security model and Lightning Web Components.

Configure Lightning pages using dynamic forms and quick actions.

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

Expertise with latest Salesforce features to support clicks-before-code solution (No code or low code approach mindset first)

Experience with Lightning Knowledge

Expertise in configuring Permissions and Sharing settings

Good knowledge in JIRA, Confluence

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data security model

Experience with Lightning Web Components

Experience with configuring Lightning pages using dynamic forms and quick actions
