Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Document and manage requirements, and assist in prioritizing them.
Facilitate communications between the business side and the technical side.

Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Preferred
Familiarity with Government projects.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
