Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the nCino platform.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed requirements.
Configure and customize the nCino platform to align with business processes.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for nCino-related issues.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as needed.
Stay updated on nCino product updates and industry best practices.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with nCino or similar banking platforms.
Strong understanding of banking processes and financial services.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in nCino configuration and customization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce and its integration with nCino.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
