Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
Facilitate business process and requirements gathering sessions, and document requirements and workflows.
Define 'as-is' and 'to-be' states for enterprise solutions, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
Provide leadership to ensure requirements are understood by developers and QA team.
Work with stakeholders to develop change, training, and adoption strategies.
Lead UAT efforts, develop workflows, and provide user support during delivery activities.
Contribute to the Technology team knowledgebase with best practices and solutions documents.
Act as an internal resource for teams on best practices and solutioning for supported technologies.
Support project managers with status reports and escalate risks and issues.
Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks to the project team.

Required
5+ years of business analyst experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRMA Product
Experience with Agile practices, including User Stories and 'Definition of Done'
Critical thinker/problem solver with logical thought process
Strong communication skills, including presentation development and delivery
Strong cross-team collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail
Stakeholder communication and expectation management
5+ years experience implementing and deploying world-class end to end solutions, with strong bias to Salesforce
Salesforce Certification required
Preferred
Marketing and Marketing Cloud experience a plus
