Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to define the business requirements to meet the users’ needs, with proven ability to conduct one-on-one, small and large group interviews on technology and system concepts.
Meet with end users to determine needs, research options and provide recommendations.
Participate in defining system integration and user-acceptance test plans.
Assist with the analysis of bug fixes/ issues with ability to lead small groups of IT and business employees for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming initiatives though analysis of available solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management of Information Systems or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
Facilitation and communication skills needed to work in partnership with internal and external clients.
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
Prior experience with Salesforce based applications.
Preferred
3+ years of business process modelling experience a plus.
Insurance experience preferred.
Jira experience preferred.
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
