Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure solutions align with best practices and scalability.
Analyze data within Salesforce to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Oversee data quality and data integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, deduplication, and cleansing.
Train and support end-users on Salesforce best practices, CPQ processes, and LWC components.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications as needed.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and changes.
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management and sales teams.
Ensure Salesforce security measures and compliance standards are met.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce BA or Business Process Specialist.
Strong experience with Agile methodology.
Experience with US Healthcare is required.
Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation, and customization.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and experience with process optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
Experience with data management, data modelling, and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft) is a plus.
