Responsibilities

Build and configure Salesforce Lightning solutions, primarily within Service Cloud.

Develop and implement feature requests using declarative tools, including workflows, Process Builder flows, case management, object configuration, validation rules, and App Builder.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and execute solutions.

Take ownership of feature requests from ideation through deployment.

Ensure high-quality product delivery for each release cycle.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and system efficiency.
