Responsibilities

Lead a team of Senior Salesforce specialists to migrate existing life cycle programs from legacy system to E2E Salesforce platform (METS).

Oversee Sprint Grooming & Planning, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.

Assign tasks to resources in each pod, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

Required

Lead a team of Senior Salesforce specialists to migrate existing life cycle programs from legacy system to E2E Salesforce platform (METS).

Oversee Sprint Grooming & Planning, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and prioritized.

Assign tasks to resources in each pod, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.

Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.

Advanced ability to read and write SQL, ensuring accurate data manipulation and retrieval.

Database development experience is essential.

Relevant Salesforce Certifications, such as SFMC Developer.

Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problem-solve and troubleshoot complex issues.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with wider Technical CRM colleagues.

The ability to manage stakeholders, particularly Production's stakeholders, often referred to as 'Comms Owners'.

Use of JIRA for most stakeholder communications.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is optional but beneficial.
