Responsibilities

Interact with internal and external project teams to ensure seamless alignment on project requirements.

Provide unwavering support to the broader delivery team throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to successful deployments.

Required

2+ years' experience implementing Salesforce CPQ, as well as cross functional experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds.
High degree of familiarity with declarative process automations as the platform shifts towards flows.
Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & Lucidchart
Experience matching user requirements to CPQ, Billings & Salesforce solutions.
Must be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
Must be comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
Agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.

Preferred

Knowledge of general 'Quote-to-Cash' and 'Lead-to-Order' business processes is expected.
Experience creating and deploying customizations and automation solutions on the Salesforce platform is required.
Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM.
Salesforce CPQ Certification and both Billing Super Badges strongly preferred.
SFDC Administrator or App Builder Certifications a plus.
