Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Configuration & Administration: Configure Salesforce (e.g., custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts) to meet business needs, while ensuring best practices for scalability and maintainability.
Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Data Management & Reporting: Design and implement reports, dashboards, and data flows within Salesforce to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate that system changes meet specified requirements and function as intended. Work with QA teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and other relevant information to support future maintenance and training.
Stakeholder Communication & Training: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors. Provide training to end-users to maximize the adoption of new processes and Salesforce features.
Project Management Support: Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting as it relates to Salesforce implementations and other business systems projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and reporting.
Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and experience working in a project-driven environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other data management and reporting tools
