Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations, particularly with Salesforce CPQ, billing, field service, and platform events.

Ensure high responsiveness and efficiency in handling Salesforce-related tasks.

Handle integrations between Salesforce and our ERP system, Next World.

Ensure smooth and efficient integration processes, minimizing disruptions.

Manage Salesforce environments and oversee code deployment between different environments.

Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during deployments.

Utilize Salesforce platform events to integrate with our in-house service bus.

Drive messaging and communication between different services using platform events.

Be proactive and hands-on in managing tasks and solving problems.

Make quick decisions and effectively handle high-pressure situations.
