Responsibilities

Implement declarative Salesforce principles to design, develop, customize, and manage Lightning Components, Flows, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Controllers, and Triggers.

Integrate Salesforce with other applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews, debug issues, and ensure the quality and performance of solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and the full software development lifecycle.

Create and maintain technical documentation and stay updated with Salesforce features and releases.

Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.

Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize and estimate user stories and tasks.

Handle some administration, configuration, and support tasks, including user management and system maintenance related to development work.

Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.

Provide end-user support and training and implement and manage integrations with other systems.

Identify and implement process improvements and handle support requests.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Document and communicate the vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform in alignment with the organization's business goals.

Prioritize initiatives and features to maximize business value.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security settings.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator certifications.

Good understanding and proven experience with both front-end and back-end development using Lightning Web Components, Apex, JS, HTML/CSS, etc.

Experience designing and implementing external facing applications.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
