Responsibilities

Support the program by working with client and technical team to develop, deliver, operate, and maintain the Salesforce case management system for a non-profit client of a federal program with multiple Salesforce community portals and external stakeholders.

Develop system components that satisfy requirements and quality reviews. Identify and resolve issues.

Plan and execute the delivery process.
