Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex programming , Visualforce pages , Apex triggers , Aura Components , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Implement no-code solutions utilizing Flows , Process Builders , and Workflow Rules .
Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , ensuring adherence to coding standards, change control, and version management.
Design secure and high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
Manage classic to lightning upgrades , data migrations, system integrations, and custom development.
Implement authentication protocols (OAuth) and integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using REST APIs and other web technologies.
Collaborate with team members on problem resolution, design, and documentation.
Support DevOps pipelines for CI/CD using tools like Flosum and Git .
Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce, as needed.

Required
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including: Apex programming, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Implementing no-code solutions such as Flows and Process Builders.
Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using custom and standard APIs.
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and secure solution implementation.
Experience with Salesforce application upgrades, data migrations, and systems integrations.
Preferred
4+ years of experience in DevOps technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Flosum or Git.
2+ years of experience creating custom Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
